Overview
There is currently a lawsuit against North-East Deck & Steel Supply, LLC in the U. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Those who do not submit an opt-in form will not be part of the lawsuit, and those who wish to pursue separate claims may request to be excluded from the collective action.
