Overview
A class action settlement has been preliminarily approved in a case brought by Rafael Jimenez against Cargo HS LLC, a California limited liability company. The lawsuit, filed on April 21, 2021, involves employment-related claims against the defendant. On August 21, 2024, the court granted preliminary approval of the settlement agreement, moving the case toward final resolution.
